Changes to Order​

Once an order is placed and paid for, if you need to make a change, please email yekaterinabenson@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee being able to change your order after it is placed, but will do our best!

To avoid having to return a print, feel free to email us before purchasing to discuss sizing and other details. We also offer art consultations: advising you on which artwork to choose, what size, and/or what frame to get for your wall, home aesthetic, and decor preferences

Returns & Exchanges

Unframed prints on paper are eligible for returns.

Framed prints, stretched canvas prints, and commissions are not eligible for returns as these items are "made-to-order".

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at yekaterinabenson@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A refund (excluding the shipping cost) will be made to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping is not included and must be paid by the customer.

All returns must be:

» Shipped back in the original packaging
» In like-new, resalable condition

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If a return arrives damaged or shows signs of wear, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Please note: we cannot do exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange your print for a different size or item, please follow the return process above and re-order a new print.

Shipping Damage

If the box or package was damaged in shipping, please photograph the package prior to opening it, so I can contact the shipping company regarding any damage.

If your print has issues and/or is damaged when it arrives in the mail, please send me a photo of the packaging and the print as soon as possible to discuss a solution.

A full refund or replacement will be issued on a case by case basis.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy

Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior/interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in.

Damaged, lost, or stolen artwork will be replaced. We cannot give a refund for damaged, lost, or stolen artwork, unless it’s an original. In case of an original painting being damaged, lost, or stolen, please email yekaterinabenson@gmail.com to discuss next steps (handled on a case-by-case basis).
