A trip to Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA is not complete without also visiting Point Lobos. The dense woods appear even denser with all the sage-colored moss hanging from the tree branches. But the moss also makes it all appear more delicate as it sways in the ocean breeze. The colors and textures make me stop and stare - and paint it all later.
